Classical Prep VPK
Congratulations on your acceptance into Classical Prep's VPK program.
To officially claim your position on our 2017-2018 roster, we will need you to complete the steps listed below. To help you through this process, you may want to utilize our printable Enrollment Checklist!
Step 1: Paperwork
Due on or before March 13th, 2017
In order to hold your child's spot in our VPK program, you will need to bring the following items to our VPK campus on or before March 13th, 2017:
a. Copy of Acceptance E-mail
c. VPK Certificate
d. Parent's Photo ID
e. Proof of Residency (water bill, mortgage statement, etc.)
f. Child's Birth Certificate
g. Original Custody/ Legal Papers, if necessary.
i. Physical & Immunizations
j. Potty Training Policy
m. $125 Activity Fee, check or money order accepted.
Step 2: Prepare for school
a. Read Parent Handbook: Available April 1st
b. Read "Know your childcare facility"
d. Purchase (optional) buy-out program: Available April 1st
e. Purchase school uniforms: Information available April 1st. Used uniform sale TBD.
Step 3: Meet & Greet: August 5th, 2017
Meet & Greet is a wonderful opportunity for our new Lions to prepare for their first day of school! Parents should plan to have all documentation returned on this date, supplies labeled and given to the teacher, and uniforms ready to go! This will ensure that our teachers are able to focus on the students as they come in for their first day of school. Please contact the VPK Campus to make arrangements for supply and documentation drop-off if you are unable to attend Meet & Greet.
a. Return emergency cards provided to you.
b. Bring School Supplies
c. Authorization for Prescription & Non-Prescription Medication (if applicable.)
