Congratulations. We are looking forward to your family joining our school.
To officially claim your position on our 2017-2018 roster, we will need you to complete the following steps:
Step 1: Confirm Your Acceptance
Due on or before Sunday, March 12th, 2017
If your student was accepted into Classical Prep through our Open Enrollment lottery process and plans to join Classical Prep for the 2017-2018 school year, you are required to state your intent by utilizing the link provided in the e-mail that was sent to the primary e-mail address on file. You will need to complete this form on or before Sunday, March 12th. If you do not confirm your child’s spot by March 12th, that spot will be forfeit.
Step 2: Complete & Return Registration Paperwork
Due on or before April 14th, 2017
The following paperwork must be returned to our Main Campus on or before April 14 , 2017 between the hours of 8:15 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
*In order to register your child you must complete all forms. Forms and information listed above must be returned at one time. We are not able to accept partial applications.
*If you do not register your child by April 14th, their spot will be forfeit.
e. Proof of vaccinations OR Thirty day Immunization Waiver
(30 Day Waiver is for students previously transferring from a Florida public school. This form stays on file while we await transcripts to be sent from current school. Kindergarten and out-of-state transfer students are required to have their completed vaccination forms during the registration process.)
f. Proof of Residency (water bill, mortgage statement, rental agreement, etc.)
g. Current Physical, Form #3040
(This form is not needed if student is transferring from another Florida public school. For students requiring this form, it should be dated no more than one year prior to student's first day of school.)
h. Student's Original Birth Certificate issued by state of birth
(Not required if transferring from a Pasco County public school.)
i. Original Custody/ Legal Papers, if necessary.
j. Copy of IEP (only if student qualifies for ESE services.)
k. $50 Activity Fee (Fee is non-refundable and must be paid online. A computer is available at school, if needed. )
l. 6th-11th graders should complete Athletics/Clubs/Organizations Interest Form. Available soon!
m. Complete the online 2017-2018 Transportation Interest Form. Please click here.
Step 3: Prepare for school
a. Read & Sign Parent Handbook: 2017-2018 Parent Handbook available soon.
b. Purchase & Label School Supplies: Supply lists available soon.
c. Purchase school uniforms: Information available soon. Used uniform sale TBD.
Ribbon Cutting: Thursday, August 10th 3:30-4:30 p.m.
Meet & Greet: Thursday, August 10th 4:30-6:30 p.m.
Meet & Greet is a wonderful opportunity for our new Lions to prepare for their first day of school! Parents should plan to have additional documentation returned on this date, supplies labeled and given to the teacher, and uniforms ready to go! This will ensure that our teachers are able to focus on the students as they come in for their first day of school. Please contact your student's teacher to make arrangements for supply and documentation drop-off if you are unable to attend Meet & Greet. Prior to Meet & Greet, join us at our ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate our campus expansion!

Kindergarten Morning: Friday, August 11th 8:30-10:30 a.m.
Please be sure to join us on Friday, August 11th as we host a special morning just for our new Kindergarten students. Students will join their teacher and classmates between 8:30-10:30 a.m. Parents will remain on campus and enjoy a Kindergarten parent event in our Prytaneum.
