ENROLLMENT PROCESS FOR 2017-2018 SCHOOL YEAR



OPEN ENROLLMENT PERIOD

January 27th –February 24th
Lottery: March 4th

APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER OPEN ENROLLMENT HAS CLOSED
February 25th - December 31st, 2017
Applications received during this period are accepted in the order

received and will be placed on our waiting list behind students

​who were entered into the Open Enrollment period lottery.

How to Apply

1.  Click HERE to complete the application for enrollment.  The application must be submitted online.  The only exception to this is if a parent or legal guardian lacks online access, in which case an application may be picked up at the school's front office.  

 2.  All applications submitted within the open enrollment periods will be entered into the applicable lottery.  Participants do not need to be present to be accepted.

 3.  During a lottery, if all open slots for each grade are filled, remaining students will be assigned a waitlist number.  If a student is accepted in the lottery or later from the wait list, any siblings will also be accepted if an open space is available, or, if no open space is available, moved to the first-available slot on the wait list.

4.  All communication will be sent to the e-mail address indicated on the Enrollment Application. Parents are responsible for keeping this information up-to-date. If contact information changes, please notify the school immediately.

TIME PERIOD TO RESPOND TO OFFER OF ACCEPTANCE


FROM MARCH 4 - JUNE 30, 2017 
Parents sent an acceptance letter at the provided e-mail will have one week (seven days) to respond. If the school does not receive an e-mail response within seven days, the applicant will be placed at the bottom of the wait list.  If a parent accepts the offer of enrollment, parents will have two weeks (14 days) to provide the school with the required registration documents in order to complete registration.  
AFTER JULY 1, 2017
If a student is accepted from the wait list after July 1st, parents will have 2 days to respond to an e-mail acceptance letter.  If the school does not receive a response, the applicant will be moved to the bottom of the wait list.  If a parent accepts an offer of enrollment, the parent will have one week (seven days) to provide the school with the required registration documents in order to complete registration.
